Use
Before use, shake well and slide down the red protective lever. Apply generously to face and body 20-30 minutes before each sun exposure. Apply several times especially after staying in water, after drying off or sweating. Avoid the eyes. Rule of thumb: 3-4 tablespoons for the body, 1 teaspoon for the face (the amount depends on the height and stature of the person)
